Repairing our Sense of “We”

Repairing Our Sense of “We”—a nine-week workshop on countering isolation

Many of us have this feeling of being separated from ourselves and others. Being locked away from life in common is not who we are.

When someone is socially wounded, they often withdraw, distrust, and arm themselves against more social wounding. How many of us fall into this category? This workshop gives room for wounds and their repair—not just minor comfort but real resolution.

Constellation work gives us a way to:

  • resolve specific hurts that keep us separate

  • make our common ground visible

  • experience connectedness that’s not just hopeful thinking

Constellation work was born in Germany and has an astonishing capacity to acknowledge and heal injuries in a system. Specifically, it brought great relief to post-war descendants of German victims and perpetrators who were unconsciously paying the costs of the war. The work shows that people, families, businesses, and countries answer to principles of connection in ways we had not realized. When these principles are lived, people and systems find relief and healing.

Introduction to Constellations

If you’re interested in real change, you will find this workshop compelling and fascinating. Constellations are a relatively new and very effective way to see and transform difficult problems that have resisted your best attempts to overcome them. Come and learn more — or you can even be one of the people who does a constellation during this session.
